Thanks, you must be a mind reader. I'm going to go with #1 tonight. I've been thinking of a change. It sounds good.. good post, IMHO. I like number one but I'll add dumbbell rows too, later in the workout. I go upper body on one day. I push-pull upper. This will be a good transition towards a push day and a pull day that I'll move to soon. Good post.

Great article, I may have to try that. And, good suggestion on the negatives for pull ups.

The burn started with the pullovers even though I dropped it from my normal 10 rep weight. The fire started with the stiff-arm pulldowns. I never ended up doing the rows later
