Rely muscle memory or supplements?
Hi guys,
I hurt my back about four months ago. It's getting back to the point where I think I'll be able to resume training in a month or two. I currently have some creatine on hand, and am looking into a test-booster or an anti-estrogenic. However, when I return to training, is it worth relying on muscle memory(obviously as well as training, diet, rest etc) to get me back to my size/strength, or load up on supps. to help me get there faster? I assume that if I use supps. to get me back to where I was, they'll not be as effective when I want to go even further. Is there any truth in this, and is their a 'best' way to return to training using supps. or not? Cheers. |

I'd probably go with creatine myself and that would be about it. That's just me though.

I'd gradually introduce more supplements. Start with none.
