routine help

Ive been doing this routine for a month now, can anyone give any advise if its a good one or do I need some changes,,thanks

mon
bench press
overhead press
tri pulldown
flys

tue
cardio

wed
squats
deadlift
toe raise
hack squat

thurs
cardio

fri
d/bell curl
lat pulldowns
rows
shrugs
preacher curls [ arms need a little extra]

overall it is decent but I would substitute dips for the tri pulldowns if you want your arms to grow.

leg day, take out the hack squats and doing something like lunges or good mornings.

on your pull day instead of lat pulldowns, just do pullups, and have maybe 2 row variants (i.e DB rows, supine rows, BB rows, T-bar rows) along with the shrugs and and only 1 curl. heavy rows will make your arms grow better than curls

and remember to do your isolation exercises at the end.

Agreed. That's some pretty good advice.

I'd pitch all the isolation stuff, but that's just me.

You don't need arm exercises anyway. If you still have strength for curls after you're done with your chin-ups you should've strapped a weight to yourself while doing chins! Why waste your time hitting just your bicep when you can hit it, your shoulders, your back and your core all at the same time instead?

Current.. DL:375lb, Sqt:335lb, Bnch:260lb
Weight: 185lb (up 25lb), bf=15%ish
