Vascularity.
Is there any quick things you can do to increase it? I mean some of it is genetics and stuff and low body fat this and that you know, I have like 11% bf not a crap load but not real low. So what are some tips?

I'm not 100 percent sure about this but i would think that dieting (lowering BF) would help with vascularity that's the only real thing that i think would help. I know you already said that but it's the only thing i can think of. Hopefully someone else can help.

Single digit bodyfat and working out will get your veins popping out. I stay around 6% bf and I frequently notice new veins becoming more prominent. I love it
