Do you do cardio on your training days only?

depends on to many things....what other cardio you are doing, how much total you are doing, how frequent you train legs, how hard you train legs, your individual ability to recover.

Very true, listen to Da Funk. When I train legs I don't do any cardio that day, and the day following is usually a 3.5mph incline walk for 45 min or so. Then again that is me, and my legs seem to take longer to recover.
