measurements
I don't know if I am in the right forum for this question, but if you were to measure yourself (i.e. legs, arms, chest etc...) to record your progress in growth when would the best time to do that be? or would it not matter as long as you were consistent with it every week?

Id do it using the same guidelines as weighing yourself - first thing in the morning, same day every week.
Possibly get somebody else to do it for you, measuring your own chest is tricky :P. |

I'd say first thing in the morning would be a good idea.

No worries!
Will you be tracking them in your journal? |

yeah I am considering it. I`ll see how well the base measurements go and then I decide if I want to post them. I more than likely will considering it`s a great way to keep track.
