    Obliques

What does everyone do for their obliques? I only do crunches, leg lifts, weight crunches and the Roman Chair and I know that these exercises only hit the 6 pack, so I was wondering if anyone had advice on developing the obliques?

I do alot of heavy side bends, russian twists, and full contact twists.they all seem to work pretty well.If I work my obliques consistently, I find it helps my squats and deadlifts quite a bit.
