Fat Loss with same diet question, need advice

Hello all, im looking to lose about 15-20 pounds. Im 5'10, 215 pounds. Ok my problem is i cant really hold a strict diet for more then a week, just doesnt fit in with my schedule. Well my question is, can i effectively loose fat with my current cardio and workout plan without extremely changing my diet??

My Diet: (I stay away from as many bad foods as i can)
Consists of 4-5 meals a day. Morning i usually do egg whites and toast. Throughout the afternoon i eat alot of brown rice, chicken, some beans(in whole wheat wrap sometimes). I dont always eat at the same time every day due to different class times. I also eat some fruits and nuts for snack during school. Dinners are chicken and veggies most of the time. One thing i know i need to work on is my water intake. Gotta get a case for my car or something.

My Workout:
I always workout at least 4 times a week, some form of cardio at least 3 times a week. I work out Monday-Thursday in the gym. Friday i work construction, so i get a workout from 7:00-3:00.

Based on this do you think I will lose weight effectively or do i have to change something. Looking for any advice possible. All that i know is that my diet cannot change that much, i just eat when i can but try to keep it heathly. Thanks for your time guys.

Make sure you drink lots of water and stay away from pop, drink some juices as well, and take a multi-vitamin too.

diet is the key during a cut. If you can't maintain a proper diet, then don't expect the results you want.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

well i can be strict with certain foods but i cant eat same time everyday, like a strict 6 meal plan. Does that matter much? only this that is steady for me is breakfast and dinner

What you consume is more important than when you ocnsume it, IMO. But don't eat a lot before you go to bed, you can't burn it off....

Cutting isn't just diet, it's burning fat "dude" which means cardio as well.

I can cut quite fine without doing any cardio.

Total agreement, I do cardio to make sure my heart is healthy and for no other reason. That might change if I were getting contest ready, out of shape and going nuts but for most run of the mill dieting no way.

I suggest you learn all about how many calories you should be taking in and how many you must not take in to create a deficit.

You dont have to workout straight cardio to lose weight or cut...remember walking, weight lifting and a lot of things still do burn a lot of carbs too...

A lot of studies have been out, it doesnt matter if you eat before you go to bed......It all depends what you eat though if you have a glass of milk and some fruit then whatever its better to go to bed with something to digest then go to bed on an empty stomach and let your body starve for 8 hours....

A bag of patoto chips and some ice cream before you go to bed different story...when you eat doesnt have as much of an effect , what you eat does..

The main thing is consistancy...cheating your diet with junk or pop ...skipping workouts/slacking off in workouts, or drinking alcohol is whats going to stop you from reaching goals....

No problem man, we have the strongest heavy weight in the state of WV, his name is Shawn Murphy, he weighs 274 and isn't fat, he benches about 400. I nsane......that's a good record though, we wrestle more than that, we start Dec 1st and end the last week in Feb. About 40 matches all year.

What juice are you talking? Freshly juiced fruit and vegetables with nothing added or juice you would buy from a store?

That is where you are wrong, juice has vitamins in it and is a good substitue from pop, how can you say juice is garbage, that's like saying protein is garbage, they both have things you need.

Dude... I think the frequency and quality of your diet and the exercise regimen is AWESOME! How long have you been doing it and have you noticed a steady weight loss / muscle gain?

Oh yeah. I forgot, stay away from sugars. It is fat fuel for your body...
