I train three times a week at the gym. I have issues with my upper thighs that are kind of flabby. I use lying leg prones for the back of my upper thighs. My goal is to tighten and firm them. My question is this, which weights do you suggest that I use and how many reps that I need to do in order to achieve the results? For instance, if I were to use thirty pounds of weights for my upper thighs, how many reps you suggest that I need to do?
The same for my inner thighs, I want to achieve firmness and tightness.
I'm 5'8" tall and weigh only 158lbs. Could you provide me some tips? Thank you.
P.S. I use Lipo6 extreme supplements before working out and using the cardio pre core and cross training machines.
^ if you want to reduce fat from your thighs you need to adjust your diet so that you burn more calories than you consume.
What gives you the impression you can remove fat from one part of your body through exercise selection?
