    Big 5

Hi guys just wanted to ask this again since the post was lost in the downtime.

I was planning just to go back to basics with a full body routine based around the 5 main exercises, but what i wanted to ask was would you guys add any extra movments in ie an extra bicep or tripcep movement or a lat exercise ?

    Thanks

You could do a version of the Bill Starr 5x5.

    i would do:
    Bench
    Overhead Press
    Row
    Pullup
    Squat
    Deadlift

Then maybe some curls or tricep extensions, or something else if you are lagging.

    my intenion had been

    DB Bench
    Some form of Row
    Clean and Press
    Squat
    Deadlift
    Late exercise
    Bicep exercise

leaving out a seperate tricep exercise as they are used more often than biceps in pressing movements

    how does that sound ?

You could add another movement, or maybe two. Don't go beyond that though. You'll be in the gym all day. It depends what your goals are and what you need to work on.
