BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com This is probably an odvious question, but im curious. If you loose some body fat, while maintaining your muscle, will measurements decrese slightly (lets say; arm measurements)??
If so, I would presume that if you loose body fat and you still measure the same you've gained muscle, am i correct? thanx ![]() |
