Spend more time in the kitchen sorting out what you eat. Then burn more calories then you consume.
Make sure you incorporate some heavy lifting while you shave the pounds to maintain your muscle mass. As well, in terms of conditioning works, I would be doing some interval training, complexes, or some other form of higher intensity conditioning to maximize results. Just remember, training in the "fat burning zone" is a bunch of horse shit.
Besides that, diet, diet, diet, and pay some more attention to your diet.
