    Smile exercise programs

    Hi,
    I am just starting up a new program for myself, the joe weider program..
    There are 2 exercises which im not to keen on doing they are Lunges and Power cleans.

    Q. Are there any alternative exercise for these 2 exercises.

    You aren't "keen" on them? Just man up and do them. They are both fantastic exercises if done properly.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    There are other exercises that would get the job done, but like CP said, they're the most effective for the program when they're done properly.

    Out of curiosity, do you have a valid reason not to do them? If not, stop whining. The most difficult exercises generally yield the biggest results.
