    Space out running days?

Will I get better results if i run a few miles every day or If i space my runs out by a day.....My target is gona be 5 miles every other day until bootcamp. unless you guys think it'll help me to run everyday, will I overtrain if I run everyday? I wana be a freakin machine when I get there. I've got new bests for push ups n sit ups btw.....115 push ups in 2 mins and 125 sit ups in 2 mins at yesterdays pt meet. The recruiter told me I might want to look into tryin out for a special forces group when I get the chance in bootcamp.

I'd run every other day. Beware of overtraining and take precautions, of course.

Ice, proper footwear, active recovery, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, etc.

Ice? active recovery? Ice to rub on my legs after I run or somthing? I'm guessing active recovery would be walking on my off days?
