a combination of cardio and resistance training is optimal.
Ok I'm curious.
I dont picture myself lifting forever, so what is a practical fitness plan for the long run.
Like into old age?
Should people mainly just do cardio?
For cardio does it really matter what kind you do, ie/ running vs biking vs swimming?
Should people keep lifting? Wont it wear down your joints?
What do you recommend if you just want to stay, fairly fit and not damage yourself for later in life?
a combination of cardio and resistance training is optimal.
