    sore!!!!!!!!!

so today I hit chest and did some pulling movements(my first time doing this 2 exercises together) all in one day.........I had the day off so I decided to hit chest early in the morning (with high intensity) and back in the afternoon. After this I went and played some physical baskteball at a park, now I feel like a truck hit me. Is it really that bad of an idea to do a physical sport after a hard session in the gym? or do I feel this sore because im not use to it?

You're not used to it. You'll get there. I'm a racquetball freak and play after I lift. I just turned 48 and have no pains ... well nothing debilitating anyway ... after the day is done. I don't lift but once every other day though either.

Props to you, I haven't played in a long time due to no one I know playing, but I couldn't do that when I did play.

My shots would be wild from my shoulders being so damn tired.
