i don't train like this at all but this is a very good article. a lot of what is said in that article is preached around these forums, and has been for quite a while now. perhaps i should start actually doing some of this stuff...

I agree with rmcfar nothing he said there hasnt been preached on this forums a hundred times before.

Has anyone seen any of this guys routines put together ?

yea, i don't see how much of that in the article is different from things that cowpimp, dale or myself have been saying for the past couple of years. I have covered most of that stuff in my blog over the past year.

I agree the sad thing is that 90% of the people at commercial gyms don't.

I was taught this by my older brother who was an amazingly strong football player in both HS and college. For the first 5 years of my "lifting" career, I concentrated solely on the big three. Strength is key!



Eat well, train daily, die anyway.
