there is no exercise that will reduce love handles because there is no such thing as spot reduction, it's all about diet.

if you have big obliques under the fat on your stomach it will give the apperance of large love handles...

Love handles unfortunately will be the LAST part of your bodyfat to go. The good news is that once the deposits are gone from that area, they generally don't come back quite as easily. Some people are simply predisposed to have more fat deposits in those areas (like myself and probably many others here). It is an unsightly pain in the ass...but get your BF level down low enough and they basically disappear. Make yourself look wider as well and they aren't as noticable.

I always hated the fact that wearing anything tight on the lower body makes them paunch out and look HUGE.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Training them with weights will make them grow and that is not too good. Like everone said, it makes you look wider.

Getting rid of the fat on top of the obliques is the only way to rid yourself of love handles.

Ppl have told me to get rid of the fat around the mid section by doing situps or things like that....but I was always sure this would just build more muscle and push the fat out more.

that is a very common misconception of the general public, but as I said you cannot spot reduce.

Yep, you'll add some muscle to the area which will help but it wont take off fat.
