I've been back in the gym for close to 6 weeks now and have been doing the best I can with my diet considering my schedule. When I started I was around 185 and am now around 194-195 and I was just wondering about how long is a good span for a bulking cycle. I'm really anxious about cutting but I want to make sure I'm taking enough time to gain. I would definitely appreciate any advice on a cutting routine as well.
