new training prorgam I am considering
okay, for the coming new year I am already thinking of a new program to start. I've been reading up on complexes, barbell complexes in particular, and they sound like a challenge. my question is, say if I were to do a split something like upper/lower/fullbody/fullbody - would doing a complex for each fullbody be alright?
I don't have any of the exercises considered yet, or the periodization, but just curious to know if that would be a decent way to go. |
