Hi
I am not sure if anyone knows about this workout system. p90x, it always on cable.
I have used this for the last 50 days or so and I must say that the results are great and I am not following the program rigorously.
The idea behind this program is muscle confusion. Training the muscles in different ways. Alot of trainers would tell you
never do the same sets of excerise for 6 weeks straight. There is the
cardio, kenpo(kickin punching) stretching and yoga and something called core syngenitics.
Not a big fan of yoga, but someone told me that p90x has the most complete yoga workout.
I am the average gym guy and I was worried that p90x would not give me and maintain the big mass that I have.
What it did was maintain the mass, made me bigger and cut out the fat.
For those worried about losing muscles.. dont worry and for the girls, Tony explains how to be lean vs mass gaining.
I convinced my gf to use p90x, she finally is getting the abs that she wanted. She never got time from work
to go to the gym so she does p90x at home. I think this is great for those wont don't have time. She doesnt need
a personal trainer anymore.
I have stopped the gym, I am getting a much better intense workout at home. Just try the legs routine!
You must follow the program step by step. The workouts, the food plan, there is even the recovery drinks and vitamins
I have my own vitamins. So I dont use the recommended.
I bought my p90x at beachbody, but I saw better deals on amazon with the shipping
Amazon.com: p90x
you have nothing to lose, if you dont like it, i believe that you can just send it back.
Also, you need a chin up bar. So make one.. or buy one, they have alot of excerise that emphasise back workouts
Cheers to p90x, I think its definitly worth it, I wish I had this sooner, this is the fitest i have ever been
