My little pain in the ass
|
how to develop wrist flexibility for power cleans and front squats?
title says it all. Any advice on techniques to get the flexibility down would be appreciated. Basically right now, I can't point my elbows out in front of me while having the bar in the position. MY elbows point almost straight down. Any other type of flexibility I should work on other than wrist to be successful? thanks

stretching your wrists.
front squatting in the rack position more also helps with loosening up. it takes time. |
