I have been trying to get my body fat % to less than 5%... I am about to start a harder workout and what to know if there is a correlation between eating more calories and doing more cardio to offset the calories and still losing body fat?
I just want to keep losing it for a little bit. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
If you are burning more calories through activity and metabolism than you are consuming, you will lose weight...if you have a healthy diet and weight train while doing this more than likely the weight will be in the form of bodyfat.
