Core workout - pre legs. Ideas pls.

Looking for a nice core workout/warmup to do before legs (Note: I'm currently doing legs 2X week). Any thoughts?

Also, I saw "abdominal fallouts" referenced here. but I don't know what thet are. Google pulled up all kinds of wierd stuff. Can anyone enlighten me?

    w/thx,
    G.

What sort of exercises are you doing for your legs? I can see doing a warm up beforehand, but why would you want to train your 'core'?

Face the wall squats are great for warmup. Planks, russian twists and rollouts are good as well.

Yeah, all his vids seem to narrowly center on a pet peeve. I find that very enjoyable for some reason.

Anyhow, I have had back problems. So my thinking has been to put core work at the end so muscles that support my back are fresh and strong. I warm up by hugging a 45 and doing squats. Then I squat 135 before adding more plates.
