    1 day a week workout

    i do wrestling 6 days a week. do you think this would be good to do on sundays? i found it on bodybuiding.ccom and it siad its mad good
    1 set of each
    Deadlift - 1-5 Reps
    Bench Press - 1-5 Reps
    Squat - 1-5 Reps
    Military Press - 1-5 Reps
    Upright Row - 1-5 Reps
    Barbell Curl - 1-5 Reps
    Bent Arm Pullover - 1-5 Reps

    That's a lot of work for one day. Upright Rows kind of suck. If I WERE going to do this I'd probably replace the upright rows with pull ups or chins.

    do you tink i could do that 1x a week and see gains? also 1 set of each is fine? and should i do each thing with 5 reps? or 1-5 like it said thanks

    You are not going to make gains lifting once a week. Maybe maintain. The rep ranges suck, the workout sucks... The whole thing is just not that good and the other one you posted recently is even worse.

    Your wrestling 6 days a week, that is your strength training. Seriously I think If I was wrestling 6 days a week, I'd probably do pullups + jump rope 3x a week, thats it. You could probably get away with doing a couple circuits once or twice a week but that would be if you were properly hydrated and eating correctly.
