    circuit training for fat loss?

    is circuit training any good for fat loss?i cant run in the mornings anymore coz its damn cold.i dnt have a treadmill, bike or anything at home all i have are dumbbells and barbell.so is it ok for me to substitute jogging for circuit training?i am on a cut right now.
    oh ye and i also lift weights 3 times a week(push,pull,legs).if i plan to do circuit training on my off days would that be overtraining for me?

    Yes, it's great for cardio. When I hurt my feet I did lots of circuit training. Just go with a fairly light weight.

    Absolutely. You can keep the weight fairly heavy as well, just avoid failure (leave 1-2 reps in the bank)
