    Looking for some Direction

Hi, I checked out the stickied threads at the top of the forum and managed to pick up some valuable info but I was hoping for some more specific advice from some of the members here.

I'm currently 18 years old, 6 ft and 82kgs and looking to increase my upper body, arms strength and muscle. I am unsure of what kind of weight amount I should be lifting and for how many hours a day/week.

I don't want to be wasting my time lifting an inappropriate amount of weights or working the wrong muscles so I'd appreciate any advice or links to other sites that could help me out.

    Thankyou

Read the stickies (and the IM Official FAQ - search it - if you want more info).
