last workout post for a while

alright im sorry for posting so many of them but my coach keeps chanigng his mind. first he said do w.e workout you want. then he told us to do some stupid workout wihtout telling us the amount of sets and reps. then he told us to do this workout
1-2 sets of each 2x a week
Squat 15-20
Arnold press 12-15
lateral raise 12-15
skullcrusher/french press 8-12
bench 8-12
chinups a few short of failure
calf raises 15-20
barbel rows 8-12
bicep curls 8-12
now hes giving us the option to do this workout insted.go to this site Wrestling aand click Weight training for wrestling
do you think this would be beter then the other one? it is 3x a week as opposed to 2 and i am very new to weight lifting so im afrid i might get to sore ater the workous. what do you think

They both suck really. Tell your coach he's a fucking moron and ask him if you can do something from this site. Forward him to this site. Do all this while you arm bar him.

all we can give you is general info. you need something specific. you need someone to actually show you how to do things. you are clueless and so are those that are teaching you currently.

i doubt you know proper form on exercises. In fact, I would put a large sum of money on it.

people who read "mad books" can type in complete sentences.

reading books does not equate to knowing how to perform an exercise.

don't start another thread until you make an attempt at forming real sentences. None of this fucking jibberish.

no, you don't type fine. you type like a dumb ass. you miss letters, you miss words, you write in broken english. if you ever want to be taken seriously in life, you need to grow up.
