    Recommend a gripper

    Heavy Grips

Are these what most people get? What weight should I get. I am 5'11'' 185, I bench about 260. Would 100 lbs. be too light?

I didn't like the Ivanko so much. While you can make increases in increments, i felt that it was kind of akward.

has anyone tried the hand gripper helper? Also, it looks like they are starting to make half increments between the grippers..1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, etc
