i just have a few questions regarding inch worms as part of cowpimps warm up routine, so i have been doing it for a few weeks now and it feels good, but i still dont think im doing the inchworm correctly.

i currently start off from a slightly raised pressup position with my palms flat in front of me and take take tiny steps on my toes as far as i can go until my feet are flat, my question is, is it ok to be taking these steps with my feet just on my toes or should i be sliding my feet slowly along while keeping them flat, i only flatten them out when ive gone as far as i can with my tiny steps. (i know i havent explained it that well sry)
