    Temperature and calories expenditure

Does working out in hot temperatures (outside) burns more calories than working out in a temperature-controlled room? By how much if there's a 20 degrees difference? I know it can affect performance.

Which is the best exercise for ass hypertrophy?

the big font question.....don't worry about the temperature. just worry about training.

the little font answer was to little. i can't read it...lol.....good lifts for ass hypertrophy would be:

    squats
    deadlifts
    lunges
    step ups

    in no special order

I'm just asking because on hot nights doing squats feels almost like high intensity cardio.

I was kidding with the small font question. Just to see if people actually reads the small print. I just hope nobody answers butt sex.

Question 1: the difference will be negligible, as P said.

    Question 2: butt sex.

    Yes!

Also, you don't need to worry about your diet or exercise program to get that six pack of abs, just suck a lot of cock - that's why most of us gay guys always seem to have six packs (think about it, a lot of stomach vacuums).

The temperature will have an affect on calories, but it is negligible. You should not worry about it at all.

but if temperature is low and it is quiet cold isn't bad for the muscle. what i mean is that, well i live in england which as you know has shit, cold, rainy weather and on top of that i workout in my garage which in the winter can get really cold. so i wear a lot of warm clothing, but i cant wear too much as i it will restricted my movement.

i cant go to a gym because there are none close to were i live (and even if there were i cant aford them).

Isn't working out in the cold bad for the muscles?

If you give yourself enough time to warm up you should be fine.

Like DOMS said, youll just have to concentrate more on your warm up and warm down sections. Buy a few space heaters and scatter them around the garage too, you can pick them up for about fifteen quid each.
