need help with a workout program

Ok i'm pretty much fresh meat, as i have never stayed dedicated to a workout program and i'm really skinny and tall. I am 19 years old about 6'1" 160 pounds and want to put on muscle and weight. The part of my body that i am lacking the most is my legs, as I have "chicken legs". My diet right now isn't very good as i usually eat whatever fast food my dad will bring, but i don't have much money so i cannot afford much either. My goal is that i want to have a good build and have that toned/ripped look. I don't want to be incredibly bulky, just a sexy (for the females) and fear (for the male) look, sort of like this guy http://forum.bodybuilding.com/photo/...7041&protype=1. I used to play high school football, so I am not incredibly weak. Unfortunately I will have to be working out by myself in the gym. So if anyone could design a good workout for me and a good diet (thats not too pricey) i would really appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance.

Have you checked out the stickies on training and diet? It would be best to start there - most of your questions will get answered there.
