About Bench Dips
I just started doing bench dips and noticed that my elbows flared out on the way down. Is that working more my chest than my triceps or it's just plain bad form? I place my hands close to my sides and go all the down until my arms are a little bit pass a 90 degree angle. Should I place my hands wider? Are bench dips more effective if doing high reps (10-12) per set or low reps (6-8)?

3. Because I don't give a fuck about regular dips. Actually I workout at home and I don't have a dip station. 4. Because I touch myself at night. Why the fuck do you misspelled so many words? |

What the fuck, danny. Everything you said in this thread is true. The only problem is that you're showing us that you are in fact not completely retarded or ignorant. I suggest you start showing it more.
