What are some of the craziest workouts you've ever done?
This one was the hardest and i weighed 170lbs when i did it, last year.
run
5mph for 5 minutes
6mph for 5 minutes
7mph for 5 minutes
8mph for 5 minutes
9mph for 5 minutes
10mph for 5 minutes
--60 to 90 second break
100 push ups in 2 minutes
100 sit ups in 2 minutes
30-50 pull ups in 2 minutes
150 flutter kicks
Plyometrics pushups using a medicine ball for 2 minutes
V-ups 75 to 100 reps
try for under 50 minutes. This workout just about broke me off and i will be honest it took me just about 55 minutes.
