    Favourite lower ab exercise?

It seems that many people are struggling to develop their lower abs.

I have achieved good result by doing leg raises from variety of angles, but especially on a vertical bench with leg straight.

Another lower ab exercise, that works for me is, reverse crunches by hanging with my hands on a bar.

All reps are performed with a slow controlled motion!
