difference between the different leg press machines?

there are many at my gym. theres the one that i at a slight angle.

this one. i believe its called a hack squat leg press
the one where its above ur head

is there any real difference? does it change how the lift works a muscle at all?

Just pick one, it doesn't really mattter. They are different, but they're all lower body push exercises. Personally, I'd go with the hack squat machine, because it's most functional. It's still not as good as regular squats though.

Yes. Another method is to do it in reverse. Put your hands where your feet should be and push. Works your upper body too. Great for effective wrestling strength.
