finishing workout at a differnt time
alright i have a very buy schedule right now so i decided to lift during lunch(i have aout 25 minute). it not enuff time to finish my workout but i get alot done. would it be ok to fnish the last few excercises at a later time? like lets say i lift around 12:30-1 then finish between 6-6:30 would it be ok?

Doing the complete workout at once would give the muscle more time to recover.
