    Pain right below right ankle

Hi, ive been running for the past 2 weeks or so, and about 2 days ago i noticed a slight pain right around the lower ankle area its not very painful but it is semi-consistent does anyone have any idea what i should do or what it is, oh and also can i do HIT training on a exercise bike ? WIll it be as effective as HIT running? oh and 1 off topic question would women use a p/p/l split as well or is there anything a women should know before weightlifting?

    Bike: yes.
Effective: yes, if you put the same degree of effort into it.
Women: a fullbody split is prefered, but PPL is good.

Don't do anything that hurts. Ice it. Review your warm-up and cool-down and the progression you made.

I don't know what it is but I just had mild pain there 2 days ago. It was half way between muscle pain and the feeling you get when your leg falls asleep. It was a very odd pain. Almost kind of a nice tingle. It was from calf raises I think. It lasted 3 days.
