Unhappy A "Model" Workout

Alot of you might be familiar with the Canadian brand, la senza. Now everytime I go in there they have the beauty models and I always wonder what they do in terms of health and working out...

I for one, want to look like that...even if it means sacraficing a few things...

what do you think the diet and exercise of a model (i know shes photoshopped) looks like?? And by model I mean like, posing, not runway models.

Crack seems to be pretty common for these models.

Tim Hortons is shit.

All the time. Genetics.... and wait 5-10 years and see what they look like then.

First you have to be a skinny man that can't grow chest hair. Then you need a sex change and breast implants. That's all there is to it.

my ex gf is a big time model with the elite agency. She didnt do much to my knowledge, I dated her for 2 and a half yrs and she swore up and down that she only had to work out a little to see results. What ever she did, it worked for her cause she had a very nice body. I never saw her work out much, I think she may have doen pilates some.

A clean diet and quality skin for your skin, hair and general well being. A (non bulking) weight lifting routine for overall fitness with some cardio will also help you stay lean, healthy and fit. The 'workouts' won't be to firm your breasts, shape your thighs or tone your stomache. Instead, you can work for overall fitness which will translate to good health which will translate to good looks.

It's mostly genetics and make-up though.

you look good the way you are. the only thing you'd need is to stay that way and obviously eat right and exercise for health purposes.
ps. most models like her are usually underweight or close to

Start: 130lbs
Current:steady at 155lbs (04/27/08)

Diet probably isn't anything special....they likely "under-eat". Exercise is probably mostly cardio (treadmill, elliptical etc...).

The rest is genetics, lighting, photoshop and in la senza's case...plastic surgery and a good bra.

BTW, as far back as '06, La Senza isn't Canadian anymore

As an aside, Tim's isn't "shit", but it is overrated. Mickey D's gives an equivalent cup of joe for a better bargain.

I have to give some love to Timmy's because they support all my kids soccer and hockey programs. Timbits hockey

If i get something from Tim's it's usually only Tea.

Not fishing for compliments, as for this thread isn't about me, it's about models.

I'm a model and I do not use drugs. I'm probably more healthy than 99.9% of the American in this world. I take care of myself. I have my diet and entire workout inside my VIP area of my site. You will have to join to see the entire thing. Sorry no free-bees...it works for me, here's what I look like right now:
