Help Desigining a training program for a woman?

Hi, my sister recently had a baby, about 4 months ago, and she is a little self-conscious about some fat still left on her body around her midsection, now i think shes fairly skinny all around, and i understand you cant spot reduce fat or areas, but i encoraged her to start working out, and i said i'd create a program for her, and we havent started yet but i was wondering if theres anything i should know about creating a program because basically i was just going to start her on my 3 day split push-pull-legs, program but is that ok? should women even be doing deadlifts? and i emphasize the fact to start out at a really low weight with everything but yea any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks..
and i think about the core stuff alot, would planks and core exercises (not the focus, but maybe at the end of a workout be a waste of time at this point?)

    Just legs
Sounds like a program to get bored of really fast

    Yes women should do deadlifts
I do them all the time.
You know, the Nazis had pieces of flair that they made the Jews wear.
