Overtrain?
Another question:
When lifting whether it's arms, back, chest, or legs I tend to do as much as possible. Obviously within my limits. I basically go to the point of muscle fatigue to where I cannot do a rep even with lower weight. After morning workout I'm exhausted, I have a great pump. I go home eat then go to work. When I get home at night (about 8 hours after morning workout) I have alot of energy and feel as if I can work out the same muscle group again. With that said, should I go back to the gym and do a second work out, or is that too much. I do not want to damage any muscles and or overtrain. I've heard if you overtrain then it's actually pointless. Your muscle will not recovery as it should. Thoughts? |

Yes, you are over training. Don't workout 2 times in one day unless you are on massive amounts of gear.
Post your workout in detail. Sounds like you probably need to lower the volume and increase intensity. |
