i did look it up. i think its like a barbell row from the ground and you explode up. but i cudnt find a real explanation am i right?

also should my back be arched when starting the lift and make it straight while puling it up? and finaly should my knees stay bent thturgout the lift?

Explosive barbell row from the ground, back stays arched and knees stay bent.

You're better off doing cable rows, easier form.
