Muscle Twitch
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Ever since my workout on Saturday, I've had a muscle twitching in my right pectoral muscle. It twitches like crazy for about 3 seconds and then stops, but it does this about every few minutes or so. No pain or anything, it's just a bit annoying. I was beginning to wonder if I'm a deficient in something?
I've recently switched my workouts from 9 weeks of p/rr/s to a full body workout (which I haven't done in over a year) 3 days a week. Here is an example of a workout: Shoulders: Barbell Militarys or DB Militarys Chest: Bench or Incline DB Back: Seated Rows or Pulldowns or Single DB Rows Biceps: Barbell or DB Curls Triceps: Pushdowns or Kickbacks Legs: Extensions and Deadlifts I must say, since switching from p/rr/s, the full body workout has been kicking my ass, which makes me wonder if I wasn't getting complacent. I'm a firm believer in mixing things up in my workouts to keep the muscles guessing. Supplements include whey isolate, creatine, fish pills, multi-vitamin, and superpump 250. Any input? |

Probably just a damaged nerve. No big deal. It should subside soon.
