    Need Some Help...

Hey my name is chris and im in the US army. I have a few injurys caused by going over seas. Spinal Stenosis in my neck, And Fubar achilles tendon.
When I left Afghanistan i weighed 185 with a 31 waist and im 5'10. Now because of my injurys and abilty to not work out, im at 155 pounds and cant stand it any more. I got clearance from the doc to lift weights again. I need to get big again ASAP. In afghanland i was lifting weights 3 times a day and the supplements I was wondering if you guys can help a soldier get back in shape before he gets discharged and goes home. I worked hard as can be to get my old body and i want it back. Thanks!

Have fun trying to gain weight if they are making you run 4 miles 3-5 times per week...that burns nearly a thousand calories which comes straight out of muscle tissue. I know i couldn't gain weight in the army...the food tastes like something out of a horses ass, and gives you one hell of belly ache followed by the shits from hell. Go stock up on some milk to put in the barracks fridge and guzzle down a few gallons per day...and if they try to make you run like my nazi platoon sgt did even though i was shriveling up to the point where i looked like a jew in ww2, go on sick call and sham out of it.

back off cardio, lift, eat plenty of lean protien, read the stickies, and then post some form of lifting routine for people to break down.
