i'm new to the site i'm 27 5'10" almost 300 lbs i've always been a big guy but still athletic i don't really look 300 lbs more like 265 270 but still big i was in the gym alot almost 2 years ago got my bench up over 350 and lost some weight down to round 265 then went through some personal stuff anyway who cares i'm ready to drop bout 60-75 lbs any tips on a work-out or a diet where i can lose fat but keep my strength up i don't want to sacrafice muscle

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
