do you mean bad grip strength?

when i think of bad wrists, i think of the pain i had in my wrist over the last month to the point where i couldn't do various exercises for that same time period.

what exactly is bad about your wrists?

    P.S: you suck

Do you wear more than 1 wrist wrap? Might want to have the doc check that out because if you have bad wrists at your age boxing might not be the best sport for you.
