    what are YOUR heaviest lifts?????

Thought id chuck the question out to all you muscle heads. What are your best and most proudest lifts so far. Ive been training for around 4 years but serious for around 2. My best lifts to date are leg press 500kg for 5 reps, squat 140kg for for 6, barbell bent over row 140kg for 10, barbel flat bench 140kg for 3, dumbel flat bench 50kg for 8, narrow flat bench press 100kg for 8 and dumbel bicep curl 30kg for 8.

Not bad if I must say myself, but dont let my impressive lifts so far hold you back. Let everyone know your best lifts to date.....

    Light weight baby...yeah buddy!@!!!
