Too much volume, too much frequency, too much pressing and not enough pulling, too much arm work, too much isolation work not enough compound work, the rep ranges look like theyve been pulled out of a fucking hat, and the order of the exercises makes absolutely no functional sense.
Come on, you have two kinds of calve raise and some other movements BEFORE squats? You have isolations before compounds all over the shop.
Scrap this, its like a dying Saddam - it cannot and should not be saved. Read the stickies and put something together thats based in reality![]()
