    Ab workouts ?

    what exercises and how many times a week do i perform them for a great stomach workout...
    No One Forces me to run into a Burning Building..

    1-2 movements, 1-2 sets, 2-3 times a week.

    Focus on stability movements like planks, supermans, etc, aswell as things like crunches, leg raises etc.

    If you wanna be really adventurous you can try stuff like wood chops or saxon side bends or something.

    I did these the other day. 3 sets of 10 with about 25lbs. My abs are really sore today.
