    Welcome to IM!
Where did you get this workout?
It kinda looks all over the place.
    There's no rest built in.

I would suggest reading the stickies in the forum and figure out a good, solid beginer workout for a couple of months to get a good basis, then move into a different type of workout.

Thats an absolutely awful split. You're working out practically all week, and youll be overtraining your push musculature for sure.

I second Burner's advice. Scrap this.

If.................and I mean IF you have a good recouperative ability I've got what I think is a good split for you.

    Monday: Legs/Calves
    Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Abs (Don't kill yourself on them. This is more of a rest day than anything else.)
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps
    Saturday & Sunday: Rest

U can do bis w/ chest. I've done it like that for some time. Good results.
I'd do chest/bis on Monday, and dont touch my back till Friday, my bis' have had 4 days of rest in between.

Yeah, but you look like shit.

Seriously, I don't understand how that routine can give good results. I've never tried it, so I'm certainly not knocking it, but it just doesn't make sense to me. Sure, your biceps get four days rest before hitting your back. But if you work your triceps on the same day you work your back, your triceps only get three days rest before hitting chest. That doesn't seem like enough to me. Again, that's just an observation from someone who's never done it, so take it for what it's worth.

Ah, the Krispy Dreme Diet, my first foray into nutrition. Boy did I pack on some mass with that program.

But that still leaves me with my original dilemma. How many days between your delt/tri workout and your chest workout? It just doesn't seem like your triceps would be 100% by the time your chest workout rolls around. If you work chest and triceps on the same day, you get a full week's recovery for both before hitting them again. Add to that the time savings. By hitting chest first you're essentially pre-exhausting your triceps so you only need to do two or three working sets to really fry them.

that's all I really do for them anyway.
I put my worst BP with my best.
    Worst: biceps
    best: chest.
    Monday: chest
    Thursday: Delts, tris

I did on occasion, put tris with chest to keep things fresh.
